Welcome to ESAT 2027!

The organizing committee is delighted to welcome you to the 35th European Symposium on Applied Thermodynamics (ESAT 2027), which will take place from Sunday, May 9 to Wednesday, May 12, 2027, in the heart of Provence, southern France.

For more than three decades, ESAT has brought together researchers, academics, industrial experts, and students working in the fields of thermodynamics, phase equilibria, molecular simulation, process engineering, and related disciplines. The symposium provides a unique forum for exchanging ideas, presenting the latest scientific advances, and fostering collaborations within the international thermodynamics community.

ESAT 2027 will be hosted in a charming Provençal setting, surrounded by the landscapes and traditions that make southern France renowned worldwide.
