Below you will find all the information regarding registration for ESAT 2027.
Your registration for the conference includes:
- Welcome reception on Sunday evening, May 9
- Accommodation from Sunday, May 9 to Wednesday, May 12 (check-out on Wednesday morning)
- Daily coffee breaks throughout the conference
- Breakfast and lunch on May 10, 11, and 12
- Dinner at the campus restaurant on May 10
- Gala dinner on May 11 at Château Saint-Hilaire
- Access to all scientific sessions
- Conference guide & abstract book
Registration fees
The registration platform will open in September 2026.

Delegate Registration (single room)

Student Registration (shared twin room)

Gala Dinner
The gala dinner will take place at Château Saint-Hilaire, offering an elegant and welcoming setting. Guests will enjoy a refined dinner and a pleasant evening of networking and conversation.
